When Aleister Crowley, also known as ‘The wickedest man in the world’ decided to carry out an elaborate magic ritual to raise a powerful demon spirit, he quickly started looking for a secluded property to perform it in. The ritual Crowley was about to embark upon was not for amateurs and would require a solid six months to complete. Crolwey found Boleskine House, a secluded property beside the famous Lock Ness in Scotland and began his work.
He begun summoning spirits but had to stop half way through in order to attend to problems with one of his masonic friends in in France. After Crowley returned, he claimed that he finished the ritual and banish the majority of the spirits afterwards, however, some of the more powerful ones still reside “bricked up” in the old house.
